Hank Varnum established the culture of the company from the first day.  Hard work, integrity, fiscal responsibility, and ensuring every project was completed on time and on budget were the foundational landmarks of the organization’s reputation.  Early work began in the phosphate industry and has expanded into power generation, mining, construction, commercial, and industrial projects.

To this end, we employ only the most highly skilled and dependable employees. Our welders and weld procedures are qualified in accordance with ASME Section IX. We hold ASME (U) and (S) stamps as well as the National Board (R) stamp.
